A Finish -- on time!!!

Here is the Lizzie*Kate Pocketbook Kit "Beware of Cat".

I had this idea to put it together, and then make a pocket on the back to put it on this kind of stand thing. I got the little rectangle block at Hobby Lobby or Michaels, and a dowel. DH drilled the hole in the block, and I painted it black. So..... what do you all think? I think it turned out mighty dang cute!

Okay... enough rambling!! Thanks for reading and all your comments! I truly appreciate every one!

Cute is right, it's adorable. I have this one actually done up, but it is still sitting in my to be finished pile. I'm thinking of doing it as a flatfold. However, now that Halloween is past, it may be a while before I actually haul it out and finish it off.

Wow -- your Beware of the Cat turned out so well! And do your kitties leave it alone LOL ...

btw, did you see all the tins on Vero's blog? She blogs under Cote Passions [there is a link in my sidebar]. She put up some awesome photos. Tins + patterns I didn't even know existed.

Enjoy your week-end. I've got ironing & finishing next on my list ....
