Pictures... I promised you pictures!

Okay, the other day I promised you pictures... Just remember I am not a photographer!

For Easter, DH Chuckie gave me a pot of daffodils. They are on the way out, but, here is a picture of one still looking good. The pot had nine blooms on it!

Okay... here is the infamous vest I knit!

Lion Brand Vest In-a-Jiffy
Pattern Number: 20064
Bernat Softee Chunky 'Denim Ombre'

And a close up of the sides,

And the button I added (and there is a buttonhole knitted in!):

Progress on the Papillon Sampler "How Does Your Garden Grow?" (I think this is thru part 3):

Here is my LHN Rose Sampler (maybe my fabric choice was dark?):

LHN 'Rose Sampler'
28ct. Cashel Linen 'light mocha'
DMC fibers

A couple little fun stitches I did the last couple of days:
Aidaworks Stitchin' Fix April 2003
'Mend Thy Ways'
10 ct. Tula, Perle fibers, JN Flutter Bead

Aidaworks Stitchin' Fix November 2002
'Sweet Christmas'
18 ct. Rosemary linen, NN fiber, MH buttons

Just Another Button Company Freebie 'Irish at Heart'
32 ct. 'mystery' linen scrap
WDW fibers and JABC button

And, The Cat's Whiskers "Bianca's Scissor Pocket" in progress:

I purchased the "kit" at Camp, but, couldn't find the Bianca Scissors. Thank Goodness I found them here: Mike & Carol's Thanks for the speedy service!!

Here is a picture of my 'Easter' table. The carrots disappeared! (Do they look like cat toys? they are probably under the stove or refrigerator. :::sigh:::) I couldn't resist adding the 7-up can. (had to buy it special -- it has tulips on it. Have you seen the commercial with the rabbits? I love it!)

I think this is the guilty - carrot - stealing one. Doesn't she look guilty? This is my 'grandfurbaby' Cake. (My boys know better than to get on the table... this one does whatever she wants!)

And, now as I finish my post... the sun comes out! Yeah! But, I'm not re-doing my pictures. I know they won't come out any better! LOL

My long lost nephew has contacted the family! Yahoo!!! He is getting married the end of May, and has a beautiful little girl. I am thrilled he has gotten his life together! (((Doug, DeJa, and Charlie Ann))) (He told me I could post pictures on my blog.. but, I have to play with the scanner for that -- another day!)

Thanks for reading, and all your comments! I truly appreciated that you take the time to read my ramblings...

My you have been a very busy lady. I don't know where you found the time to do all those lovely stitched piece, as well as the beautiful dishcloths and fobs you did in your earlier post. Everything looks gorgeous.

I had to laugh on your comment about the carrots going missing, and maybe becoming cat toys. Any little decorations I have like that seem to go missing on occation as well. They are just to irresistible to tiny little furry feet. Cake is a cutie, and doesn't look the least like feeling guilty on stealing them. Although, once they hit the floor the others may have helped, as then they wouldn't be someplace that is off limits, LOL.
