Yesterday was beautiful! It got up to 80*, and was perfect for a holiday, and cookout... This morning is another story. It is 45* and windy!!! Gotta love our Michigan weather!
I was able to get out this morning and snap a picture of my beautiful yellow iris. These were a gift from my Grandmother when we moved here 20 some years ago!
And, here is a picture of my new fur-grandbaby. Rick and Kristen got a Husky puppy. His name is Diesel, but, I think he should be named Alice Cooper! Yeah... that is me holding him. :-)
Everyone have a great day! Thanks so much for stopping by...

Oh he is beautiful! Congratulations on your new family member. How do your other furbabies like him?
Aw Myrna - smile! It is not even the first day of summer yet - we have gorgeous days still ahead! Gorgeous doggie!
Lovely flowers!
The new puppy is sooo cute! Enjoy!
Aww the puppy is so cute!
Great blog Myrna. I love your new furbaby!
Your stitching is great, congrats!
Helly Myrna. Are you getting in stitching accomplished, or have you dusted off your golf clubs??
The puppy is beautiful!!!! What a sweetheart. Alice Cooper?? lol
My Iris are still in bud. Only one or two have opened. That, after Alex & I worked our fingers to the bone in that iris bed. I think the weather must have delayed their blooms.
Today, Nick graduated. Alex & DH are in another garden weeding & I'm trying to catch up on blogs!!!
Next week has loads of activities -- last day of class, French Club trip into Chicago, German Club trip to Shipshewanna [I'd really love to go, too], Community Service Day & Senior Cook-out.
After that, I hope to catch my breath & get my fair entries done!!
Cute pup but I bet you are glad you don't have to train him!
Doug is waiting to see the pic of the Wedding Sampler posted!!
He and Deja loved it!
